The Développement France-Chine is founded in March 2015, by French entrepreneur and Knight of Ordre National du Mérite, Mr. Chun Wong.
Based in Paris, the DFC aims to strengthen economic and technological dialogue between Europe and China, offers support for innovative projects and facilitate cooperation through a wide range of cultural events and competitions.
For two years in a row, the DFC has been the organizer of T-Hero International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition - French Division.
In 2017, three winning projects from France competed with teams from around the world in the T-Hero International Grand Final and ranked among the top ten.
In 2018, while the number of contestants has tripled, T-Hero French Division finalists won the first and the fourth prize.
Partnering with the renowned Guangzhou High-technology Industry Group, the DFC has taken up a central role in building the Sino-French Science and Technology Park in Tianhe, Guangzhou.
This strategic cooperation explores new ways to help Chinese companies go abroad and to introduce global talents to China.
